In a post yesterday, I mentioned my hat, which I received as a Christmas gift, that I had to send back for a different size. Mind you that Filson is in Seattle, I’m in south-central Virginia. I sent the hat back on Monday, December 27th, and they had a new one, proper size, to me yesterday. They even shipped it back 3-day UPS Ground. It’s great to see a merchant strive in the small things to please its customers. Now, I’d buy much more from Filson, if I could. There materials and craftsmanship is top notch. However, their prices are a bit high for a family man.
