This will be the home to my online roast log for what I currently have jarred on the counter.  It serves two purposes:

1.  Facilitate me remembering what I’m drinking and to recall notes when not a home

2.  Share what I’m roasting more consistently with others.

First content will probably be this weekend, and it will continually rotate.

Ummm, the above tells me that it IS called the “Black Sun”, but I was wondering if you knew WHY it was called that?

  3. Gerald Says:

Well, I followed the link back to Sweet Maria’s so I now have the vaguest inkling of why it is designated “Black Sun”. Wasn’t that important, anyway. :-)
