I, too, watched this video and enjoyed it very much. Thanks for posting a link to it.

However, I had to smile at one blurb on the show. It read ‘dark roasts mean smoother flavor’. If I knew what it meant to have “smooth” flavor, I’d really give them a hard time about it, but since I don’t, all I can do is stick out my tongue and say, “Oh yeah, sez you.”
