New family in the past week have migrated their way into our household.

First, there’s Lilly, an 8 week old mutt; mommy was a Siberian Husky, daddy, most likely, a Labrador.

Second, we added 8 more…chickens, not dogs. They’re just a few days old, so we’ll see if we loose any. They’re not the heartiest of critters this young. Six look like chipmunks, one is black, and the other a fluffy yellow. So, another project awaits: converting a shed into quarters for chickens. But, oh, the fresh eggs…
